Please note the following terms and conditions before placing any orders with us.

All pre-order items are subjected to availability.Should there be cases whereby payment has been make in full and items are out of stock, a full refund will be given.

We apologise for any inconvnience caused.



Like a Star @ heaven Prices

  • All the prices qouted in the forum are in Singapore dollars(SGD) and/or US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

  • All prices quoted are nett and non-negotiable.



Like a Star @ heaven Refund and Exchange policy


All products sold are non-refundable.

As we always ensure our products are in good conditions before delivery, we only allow exchange of goods when products delivered are different in sizes, colours and styles from what you order.

However, please take note that colours of items may differ slightly due to difference in monitor screen resolutions and camera lighting. Measurements are stated in centimeters and according to that given by the suppliers, as such there may be slight variation from actual product but we will try to ensure 90% to 95% accuracy.

In order for exchange to be done, items must be in original condition and must not be worn or washed. PLease do not removed any label or tag attached. We only allow exchange within 5 days after receiving the items. After which, we will not entertain any exchange.

Postage for the returned items are to be borne by customers. We will only pay the postage for the newly exchange items.

We will not be liable for any defects that occur during the passage of delivery.


Like a Star @ heaven Unpaid items

In the case of buyers not making payment after placing order, a reminder will be send via Email.

If no payment have been received within 3 dyas after the reminder email, orders will be void and items will be relist for sale.


Like a Star @ heaven Unfinished payment


In the case that buyers make partial payment and did not make the balance payment within the stipulated deadline, a reminder will be send via Email.

If no payment have been received within 3 days after the reminder email, items will be KIV for 1 month before relist for sales again. Partial payment will not be refund.


Like a Star @ heaven Mail Lost

Local

We are not responsible for any mail lost after mailing out of Missy Princess. We strongly recommand buyer to opt for register mail (an additional of $3). Singpost Tracking Number will be provided for tracking.

Singpost Tracking Numbers allows buyer to track the process of their order through Singpost Website.

Overseas

Deliveries outside of Singapore will be charge according to the prevailing shipment rate. Tracking Number will be provided for tracking. We will not be responsible for any items lost or damaged in the mail.
All shipping fees will be borne by the buyers.


Like a Star @ heaven Blacklist Customer

Customers will be blacklisted and name in "Hall of Shame" under the following situations:

  • Cancellation of order after final confimation.

  • Cancel at last min after making partial payment / without making payment. Please take note that no refund of any partial payment will be entertain unless it is our fault.

  • Cancellation of order 30 mins before the meet up.

  • Continued delay in payment

  • Not answering email / msn / sms / calls after confirmation of purchase.
